Our Love for Barbecue was born somewhere between our first bites of a hamburger and being handed the grill tongs for the first time. For us that passion flourished when we were first exposed to real old fashioned wood fired barbecue. It was simple, and so delicious, and yet unlike anything we had tried before. We were immediately hooked and our fascination quickly turned into a serious obsession.
