THE REGION:
We are a scratch kitchen in Roscoe Village that specializes in mouthwatering handcrafted hamburgers, fresh cut fries, homemade onion rings, and the already famous region sauce. We pay stylistic tribute to the best hamburger joints in Northwest Indiana, an homage to midwestern flavors and sensibilities. We opened in Spring 2017 and already have several accolades under our belt, including “Best Burger In Chicago” by Chicago Magazine and being added to countless “Best of Chicago” lists. Whether you are a Chicago native or just passing through, you’ll be glad you stopped by!
Each and every one of our hamburgers is made to order and handcrafted to perfection. We never have and never will use frozen or pre-formed patties and you’ll hear some seductive clings and clanks coming from the kitchen. The result is a juicy-on-the-inside, crispy-on-the-edges beauty of a burger that extends beyond the confines of its perfectly grilled bun. Odds are you’ve never seen anything quite like it!
